Conversion attempt

Found myself with some time last night, so I had at putting some rice hats on some warsaw pact figures to convert them to Local Force VC.

    Needs some filing once the greenstuff has cured more.

    Don't think that's going to work.
    I tried it last night (48 hours after the greenstuff was applied) and it ripped the hat off the figure.
    Need to remember that the head that it's perched on is about 1mm across.
    I'm going to re-do some of the dodgier ones.
