I was going to type a looooonnnngg comment wanring you not to take anything Bicheno's says about the actual war itself (rather than his own intelligence role on Buenos Aires) as gospel.
However, then I remembered reading Robert Fox's review of this book for the Guardian way way way back and realized I really don't have too.

Before you read "Razor's Edge". The sheer mumber and frequency of factual errors are mind boggling.
Almost as bad as the number of my spelling mistakes in the above comment, in fact. :(
